Course Description:
Robotic Engineering club from year 1 to year 6, at The Priory CofE Primary School.
Every Thursday (3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

Children's years (1-2-3) will build a LEGO model, and program it, to do a mission and learn about
- Gears
- Motors
- Sensors
Children in years (4-5-6) will:
Build and investigate real-world machines
Children create models of simple and powered machines such as gears, levers, pulleys, and wheels, helping them understand how things work in everyday life.Explore forces and motion
Through practical experiments, students learn about pushing, pulling, speed, and energy in a fun and interactive way.Design and construct structures
Pupils develop their creativity and engineering thinking by building strong and stable structures, testing and improving their designs.Develop problem-solving skills
Each session includes challenges that encourage children to think critically, test ideas, and find solutions independently or in teams.Follow structured STEM learning
Activities are guided by a carefully designed curriculum with step-by-step lessons, extension challenges, and engaging worksheets to support learning.Work collaboratively
Children learn teamwork, communication, and confidence as they share ideas and work together on projects.
